Important: Audio data is processed in real-time and is not stored after transcription is complete. We do not create permanent voiceprints. Speaker diarization (identifying different speakers in a recording) is available as an optional feature but does not involve biometric identification.

3.2 Account Data (for registered users)

  • Email address
  • Name (if provided)
  • Password (encrypted)
  • Payment information (processed by third-party payment providers)

3.3 Usage Data

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device information
  • Pages visited and features used
  • Transcription statistics (duration, word count - not content)

  • Processing audio files to provide speech-to-text transcription

Note: By default, we do not use your audio data to train our AI models. If you opt in to contribute to model improvement, your data will be anonymized before use.

7.1 Direct Users (B2C)

When you use LeaderSpeech directly as an individual, LeaderTelecom B.V. acts as the data controller for your personal data.

7.2 Business Customers (B2B)

When you use LeaderSpeech through an API integration or on behalf of an organization:

  • Your organization is typically the data controller
  • LeaderTelecom B.V. acts as a data processor
  • A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governs this relationship

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

Important: Our speech-to-text processing is performed on our own infrastructure using self-hosted AI models. Your audio data is not sent to third-party AI services for transcription.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

9. International Data Transfers

LeaderTelecom B.V. is based in the Netherlands and primarily processes data within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Audio files are not stored. They are processed in real-time for transcription and immediately deleted upon completion. The resulting transcription text is delivered to you and not retained on our servers unless you explicitly save it to your account.

10.2 Account Data

Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations (typically 7 years for financial records).

10.3 Usage Data

Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for statistical purposes. Identifiable usage data is typically retained for 26 months.

10.4 Communication Data

Support communications are retained for 3 years to ensure service quality and resolve any disputes.

LeaderTelecom B.V. is not responsible for the lawfulness of recordings uploaded by users.
